Electric school bus initiatives in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba are in their infancy - so there is lots of opportunities for progress.

While electricity grids in the Prairies are more heavily reliant on fossil fuels than some other Canadian provinces, there are still moves to electrify transportation including buses.
